Field Service

FEC handles service for the U.S. and Canadian market out of our facility in Shelby Township, Michigan.  Please see our global affiliations for service outside of the U.S. & Canada.

FEC is available for service of our equipment 7 days a week.  It is preferred that service calls be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.  However, FEC service personnel are available on an emergency basis if required.
