Repair/Warranty Policy

FEC provides 1 year Parts/Labor warranty on all non-perishable goods from the date of shipment from our facility.  This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship (FOB our plant) and does not cover abuse or excessive wear.

Repaired products carry the warranty on any new components used to make the repair and do not extend warranty on any components to which the repaired part is assembled.

All commercial components will carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Since FEC has no control over how Spare / Repair parts are handled, stored, transported or even installed in the plant after original placement for that matter, we cannot assume liability past one year.  Frequently and in many cases, our nutrunner tool assemblies & controllers remain unused in a plant's spare parts stock over the life of the original equipment. 

Original machinery (complete machines or systems) manufactured and installed by FEC will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of placing the equipment into service, or 18 months from the date of shipment, or 500,000 cycles whichever shall occur first.

Extended warranties are available for nominal fee’s.
