FEC tracks part serial numbers in order to determine warranty status

Warranty Repair and Return

FEC will verify warranty status of your part once it arrives at FEC.  If you would like to know if your part is still in it's Warranty period before shipping, please contact FEC. Then follow RMA procedures to return your defective product to FEC.

Warranty Procedure

For warranty repairs, please contact FEC’s Customer Service within the warranty period.  If repair service is required, FEC will issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA Number).

FEC warrants it's products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period.  At its discretion, FEC will repair or replace any defective FEC product at no charge.  See the Warranty Policy for a detailed  explanation of warranty coverage of a repaired part.

Returning Warranty Items

Warranty parts are to be returned to FEC freight pre-paid by the customer.  Follow the RMA procedure to return the goods.  Products are to be shipped in the original shipping container when available.  If original shipping containers are not available, package the part to protect the part from shipping damage.  FEC does not cover shipping damage under warranty.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.  FEC will return the repaired warranty part freight ground pre-paid.  Expedited shipments (Next Day or 2nd Day) will be the responsibility of the customer.

FEC provides 1 year Parts/Labor warranty on all non-perishable goods from the date of shipment from our facility.  More >>
