Requesting an RMA Number

Please call FEC’s service and support department 586-781-2100 to request an RMA over the phone.

Please have the following information available if possible:

• Your company name
• Your name
• Part number
• Sales order or job number (if applicable)
• Serial number (if applicable)

You can also send an   with the above information and any other pertinent information to receive an RMA number.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.

Supplemental RMA information

To help expedite warranty repairs, please fill out this form and place it with the repair items you are returning.  This information is used to speed the diagnosis / repair of your product and aid the repair technician in any special requirements.
