FEC tracks part serial numbers in order to determine warranty status

Non Warranty Repairs

Out-of-warranty repairs will be performed for an evaluation fee as well as any additional parts / labor deemed necessary for the repair.

All material shipped back to FEC requires an RMA number before shipping the equipment to FEC.  (Follow the RMA procedure for returning equipment to FEC)

Additional set-up charges may be imposed for repairs to obsolete equipment.

All shipping charges to/from FEC will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important:
After August 31st, 2006 processing may be delayed on equipment returned without a valid RMA number having been issued in advance.  Also, FEC may not accept delivery and reserve the right to refuse such shipments.

Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper collect freight.
