Did you know that the RMA number speeds the processing and identification of your repair?!

RMA & Repair Procedures

An RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required for any item(s) sent back to FEC for warranty, repair, calibration, etc.  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.

ALL incoming repairs require evaluation prior to other repair services performed. (excluding tool calibration)

Upon receiving an RMA shipment, FEC's repair department will verify part number, serial number (if applicable) and warranty status.  If the part is deemed out of warranty, then a minimum evaluation* fee of $375.00 will apply.  After evaluation, the customer will be notified of the extent of the repair required and will authorize/reject the repair prior to any further work performed.  Once the repair is authorized, any parts required for the repair will be ordered (if necessary), then the repair will be completed.

If a part is deemed un-repairable after evaluation, the evaluation fee will be waived ONLY if a new unit is purchased.

* Systems other than AFC-1500, AFC-1200, Enforce & Fusion systems require an additional set-up fee.

Important:
Processing may be delayed on equipment returned without a valid RMA number having been issued in advance.  Also, FEC may not accept delivery and reserve the right to refuse such shipments.

Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper collect freight.
