To identify the Firmware version that
is installed in the Multi unit you must
first remove the unit.
It is labeled AFC1500 Multi as shown
to the left.
First, remove the cover on the right side of the Multi Unit.

and to the right with the cover removed.
(Note: On the inside of the cover is a
diagram of the EEPROM chip mounting map)
There are two chips that hold the
Firmware for the Multi Unit. One is labeled
U04 and the other is U05 - this is their location. Also on each is the
firmware version (ex. 3.00).
These two chips must have the same
version number.
