How do I know what kind of reject, abnormal or accept I am getting?

Look on data display screens (1 or 2).  If you have a reject, you will see an "H" or "L" indicating High or Low reject besides the data item which is out of preset limits.  In the judgment column (JUG) an "X" indicates reject, an "O" indicates Accept, an " " indicates the spindle is bypassed, and an "?" indicates a abnormal.  A code letter usually follows an abnormal judgment.

These letters represent the following abnormal cause;

A=Over Torque Fault : Torque has exceeded 111% of full scale
B=Encoder Fault: cables bad, motor turning problem, or bad encoder
C=Servo Alarm: Motor drawing excessive current, or servo power is low
D=Self Check Fault: Transducer Zero / Cal Failure, check cables
E=Excessive Offset Torque: measured offset >1/8 full scale
F=Torque Loss Abnormal/System fault: Sudden drop in torque after torque rose above threshold OR system fault from CPU.
