Why am I getting a communication error with the AFC Software while halfway through uploading or downloading?

If you are using an old version of the AFC Software (before v2.95) you may experience problems when trying to communicate at higher speeds with systems of more than (8) spindles.  (request an updated version)  If this is the case, try reconfiguring the Com ports for a slower communication speed. 
If you do experience communication errors while uploading/downloading with the most recent version of AFC Software, check that all cables are connected, and the communication cables are not located next to noise/surge transient devices.
