With systems including touch screen industrial computers running the AFC Software, how come the touch panel cursor doesn't move to where I'm pointing? This is a calibration issue from the touch screen driver itself. Each Manufacturer of touch screen industrial computers has their own touch screen drivers which is pre-loaded into the computer. Included with these drivers is usually a touch screen utility program for the set-up of the touch screen itself. These utility programs almost always contain a calibration program used for calibrating the actual finger placement to the same spot on the screen. You can usually locate these programs (using Windows®) by going to the "Start" icon, then to the "Programs" and looking for the program used for the touch screen. Under this program you will usually find the touch screen calibration program. Run it, and follow the onscreen directions.
