How do I program the 1500 system?

The 1500 system can be programmed with two different methods.  One is with the use of the AFC Software package running in a computer connected to the system via RS485 connection.  This package allows communication to all spindles connected to the system. It specific features include Preset Parameter Upload/Download, Sequence programming, Torque/Angle Fastening Curve display/saving, Fastening data monitoring/statistics/storage, Printer/Communication Port configuration & Security function set-up.  (download request form)

The second programming method available is with the Axis Display Unit.  This unit attaches to the front of the Axis Unit and allows programming/monitoring of all preset/fastening parameters of individual spindles.
