How do I program fastening preset parameters into the SAN Unit (axis) without the AFC Software?

Please refer to Chapter 7 in the manual.  Section 7.3 describes the use of the Display Module for programming of fastening preset parameters.  This allows individual spindles to be programmed without the use of a laptop/desktop computer.  It is recommended however, for multiple spindle applications that the AFC Software package be used for the most efficient programming method.
