No fastening results (from the FASTENING DATA screen) are being displayed on my monitor, why?

Most likely you have a Firmware version conflict.  If you have recently changed a component in the system, make sure the EEPROM chips located in the unit(s) removed, were also changed into the new unit or had the same version numbers as the chips removed.
