FEC Inc. Software License Agreement

The following terms govern your use of our Software unless you have a separate written agreement with FEC.

FEC SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS

License Grant

All versions of the AFC & DSP User Console software are issued from FEC with NO license requirements.  The software is provided "Free of Charge" with the purchase of the said system and may be copied for internal use within each site the software has been provided to.

Additionally, updates of this software are available free of charge and free of license's from the FEC website upon verification of the end user as the customer or purchaser of said equipment.

Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by FEC.  Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software and is not a sale of any rights in the Software.

Copies and Adaptations

The software may NOT be copied for distribution or sale outside of the site FEC originally provided the software to.  You may NOT copy the Software onto any bulletin board, ftp download site or similar public distribution system.

No Disassembly or Decryption

You may not disassemble or decompile the Software unless FEC's prior written consent is obtained.  You may not decrypt the Software unless decryption is a necessary part of the operation of the Software.

Termination

FEC may terminate your license upon notice for failure to comply with any of these License Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy the Software, together with all copies, adaptations and merged portions in any form.
