The system allows the operator to easily understand the press operation by providing various press data analyzable by Windows® based software.

Enforce Servo Presses are more environmentally friendly than traditional fluid power presses!
The high efficient electric drive reduces operation cost vs. pneumatic or hydraulic drive systems, rids the work area of potentially environmental damaging oil & reduces noise.

Improvement of productivity and general use

System improves productivity by controlling press speed directly through the use of an electric servomotor.  Multiple parts can be programmed using up to 32 parameter sets stored on non-volatile flash memory.

Accurate press operation

High speed sampling (under 1 msec) and high stopping accuracy of +/- 0.01mm repeatability is achieved by utilizing the latest RISC-CPU and a totally digital controller.

By utilizing the tool ID system embedded in the load cell pre-amplifier, high quality and high accuracy press operations are realized.
