Press Monitoring Functions

Monitoring the actual pressing process is one of the biggest advantages of Servo Presses providing REAL quality data for your pressing applications.  The DSP Software offers a multitude of monitoring functions to provide the user with quality data that can be used to ensure the press process is acceptable each and every cycle.

Press Result Data Monitor
Pressing result data is displayed and monitored using the Press Data Monitor screen.  Pressing data items are programmable for monitor and display. Pressing results can also be displayed in a “Display Panel” format. Up to 4 presses can be displayed in this format.

Press Curve
Actual pressing load/distance curves are displayed using this screen.  Features such as press color display, saving curve to file (bitmap or FEC curve), overlaying, curve filtering and limit displays can be programmed.  A great diagnostic tool that allows you to "see" your actual press cycle.

Data Analysis
Pressing data analysis is performed using the data analysis screen.  Real time or previously saved data can be analyzed for such items as 6 sigma, CP, CPK, torque scatter %, mean, etc.
