Fusion Controller
One controller covers the full range of Hand Tools.
As a result of miniaturized surface mount circuit technology, the
compact units maintain a maximum width of 165mm in spite of the
built in single phase power supply and servo amplifier. The
controller is back plate mountable and feature the following:
- GFI protection along with Isolated Gate
Bipolar Technology (IGBT) provides safe operation
- Fully Digital System (eliminates analog
potentiometers)
- 16 different work parameters (part programs)
that can be stored into Flash ROM. No battery backup required
- External communication is available through
(2) RS-232 ports and optional Ethernet & Fieldbus connectivity (DeviceNet,
Profibus, Modbus, AB Remote I/O, CClink, Ethernet I/P, etc.)
- Large LED Display for viewing result data and
can be used to program individual controllers
- Plug-in firmware flash connector for quick &
easy firmware updates
- Large Accept / Reject LED indicators
including Batch counting feature & indication
- Automatic tool identification system to
confirm correct tool operation
- Removable I/O terminal for quick exchange
without disconnection of wiring.
