Single trolley system travels with
conveyor flow & "Y" axis adjustment on lower trolley unit. Operator locates and starts the system
onto the part.
Auto - hold feature holds head down so operator may leave and
perform other tasks. Auto - return feature returns the head
after an acceptable fastening. Poke-Yoke interlocks for accept
zone control. Operator
Raise/Lower control for easy head assistance to the part.
AFC 1500 fastening system provides fastening data storage to hard drive. |
