Manual load
and unload with operator initiated automatic press cycle.
Machine included color HMI Operator Panel with PLC handling the station
sequencing. An automatic feeder fed the cam cap dowels into
receivers before pressing. The press confirmed proper fit &
insertion distance. Five sets of cam caps were indexed into
position for each press cycle. One of the cam caps also contained a
threaded plug that was fastened from the bottom of the cap, when the
cap was indexed into position. All Press
& Fastening data is stored to the respective controllers. |
