AFC-1500 Features - Simple To Use

With only three major components for each spindle (controller, cable & tool), installation & operation is relatively simple.

The AFC 1500 system can be set-up using the Windows® based AFC User Console Software or through use of the SAN Display/Keypad (SAN-DPx). 
The software is provided "Free of Charge" with purchase of every system!

Simple-to-use Settings (Via AFC Software)

• Graphical Setting Parameter Function:
  Graphical presetting features are provides for simple and easy presetting.  Setting can be performed through an actual fastening image, in addition to spreadsheet format.
• Sequence Programming:
  Fastening sequences are programmed on screen, using a variety of simple commands, in up to 99 steps.
• Programmable Data Output Function:
  Fastening data results and PLC output layout are fully programmable, allowing a variety of quality/maintenance information.
• Diagnostics
  Torque/Angle curve, Real Time I/O monitoring, Reject/Abnormal monitoring, Tool ID data, Statistical Analysis, and Change History logging are all part of the included diagnostics.
• Security
  Three levels of security are provided from Read Only to the Administrator level.
• Communication Set-up
  Fully programmable communication port set-up allows complete data set-up of the data being exported from the system.  This also includes set-up of the incoming "Part ID" data which can be "married" to the resultant fastening data.
